Animal waste law passes second reading

An ordinance requiring pet owners to clean up after their animals on village property was passed on second reading during the most recent regular meeting of the DeGraff Village Council.

Jason Bell, transportation supervisor for Riverside schools, has approached council concerning a tree on Meadow Lane with branches that are spilling into the roadway and posing a hazard to buses and larger vehicles.
