Two defendants were sentenced to stints at a community-based correctional facility and another to a local jail before Logan County Common Pleas Court Judge Mark S. O’Connor this week.
• Dylan Kossel, 18, of Huntsville: the West Central Community Based Correctional Facility, five years’ community control and ordered to pay a $500 fine, court costs, attorney fees and restitution for vandalism;
• Cody Anderson, 25, of Bellefontaine: sentenced to the West Central Community Based Correctional Facility, five years’ community control, and ordered to pay a $250 fine, court costs and attorney fees for possession of drugs, burglary and criminal trespassing; and
• Glenn Goble, 24, of Lima: sentenced to 60 days in the Logan County Jail, five years’ community control and ordered to pay a $500 fine, court costs and attorney fees for domestic violence.
Pleading guilty were:
Donovan Boddie, 26, of Springfield: trafficking in drugs; Brandon Lee, 25, of DeGraff: theft; Virgil Hinkle, 49, of Bellefontaine: aggravated assault; and Nicholas Beair, 24, of Bellefontaine: two counts of robbery. Presentence investigations were ordered and sentencings are scheduled for Nov. 5.
Timothy Cash, 21, of Belle Center, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs and was granted intervention in lieu of conviction. He must complete drug and alcohol counseling and three years’ community control.
