Officer Chad Fenwick of the Russells Point Police Department parted flood waters with the village's Humvee Tuesday to rescue a woman from her car stuck in what is overflow from the Great Miami River on State Route 235 south of Lakeview. Units from the Lakeview and Indian Joint fire departments also responded and troopers of the Ohio Highway Patrol are investigating the incident. (EXAMINER PHOTO | RICK PITTS)
