A total of 21Blue Jacket Scouts received the the Arrow of Light, the highest Cub Scout honor at a ceremony Dec. 7. Led byPack 94 Cubmaster Tom Irick, 17 Pack 94 Webelos and 4 Webelos from Pack 145 and their families carried themselves through the inspirational ceremony at the Son Center in Lewistown, which is home to Pack 145.
