Overnight snow added a natural touch to downtown decorations, sidewalks, trees and roads today, the fourth day of Christmas. Staff at the Bellefontaine Wastewater Treatment Plant measured 2.5 inches of fallen snow that began Sunday afternoon. (Examiner | J.Mast) |
