$1.3M bond for suspect in Toledo shooting spree

TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) — A Toledo man is being held on a $1.3 million bond on charges that he shot into a large crowd and killed one person and wounded three others.

Police first thought the shooting Sunday afternoon was gang-related. But investigators now tell The Blade newspaper that is appears to be over a woman.

Officers say 19-year-old Tyler Jones has been charged with one count of murder and three counts of felonious assault. He appeared in court briefly Tuesday morning.

Online records don't indicate if he has an attorney yet.

Police also charged an 18-year-old woman with obstruction of justice. Authorities say she lied to police about Jones' whereabouts.
