Bellefontaine keeps Lakers at bay for 9-1 win

Bellefontaine sophomore pitcher Tyler Jones shut down Benjamin Logan in a game last week. Thursday, he did the same against another county rival.

Jones scattered six hits and struck out six as the visiting Chiefs pulled away for a 9-1 victory over Indian Lake in a Central Buckeye Conference baseball game.

The Chiefs are now 14-3 overall and 8-2 in the Central Buckeye Conference. Indian Lake falls to 7-12, 6-5.
