A tractor-trailer hit a viaduct over Lake Avenue and became stuck around 7:25 a.m. today. Karmjit S. Sekhon, 41, Brampton, Ontario, who was westbound to Belletech Corp., 700 W. Lake Ave., was cited for disregarding a traffic control device, officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department reported. Traffic was limited to one lane until the semi was freed from the viaduct.
