Donald Ray Poe, 70, of Huntsville, passed away Sunday, April 13, 2014.
He was born May 15, 1943, in Urbana, a son of the late William E. and Illa Hounchell Poe. He also was preceded in death by his first wife, Vicki, in 1993; his sister, Wanda Hites; and brothers, William Michael and Jeff Poe.
Survivors include his wife, Tina; daughters, Kimberly and Kristen Poe and Angela (Joe) Gress; son, Kevin (Brandy) Poe; sisters, Cheryl (Rob) Burnette, Linda (Jim) Schrader, Annette (Ryan) Kerns and Janel (Gary) Harsey; brother, Larry Poe; grandchildren, Juliana Gress and Gunnar, Rowan and Kieran Poe; and brothers-in-law, Larry Slemmons, Roy Henderson and Bill Elliott.
He retired from Honda with 20 years of service and was a member of Indian Lake Moose Lodge 1533, as well as the Logan County Fish and Game.
He enjoyed NASCAR, OSU sports, camping, gardening and spending time with his family and friends making them laugh.
