Anderson faces heroin charge

Cody Anderson, 25, of 309 Plumvalley St., was arrested Saturday on a Wood County warrant and later charged for possession of heroin.

Officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department spotted him walking around 3:55 p.m. in the 900 block of north Main Street.

They stopped him for the warrant and found foil wrapped balls of heroin wrapped in toilet paper on the ground where he was standing.

At the Logan County Jail, they found more materials used for packaging heroin in his clothing
