Around 100 exhibits were entered in this year’s Junior Fair Rabbit Show, up again from the prior year.

Even so, the judging was done in less than four hours.
“This has to be the fastest we’ve done,” show organizer Misty Kipker announced to the audience as the show wrapped up.
“It went really well,” she continued later.
Part of it was the judges and the cooler temperatures, but the Junior Fair participants played a significant role, she said.
“The kids listened, were ready to show and they knew what they had. That made it go quickly.
“We’ve got a great bunch of kids.”
