4flyboy, what about Mr. Turner's letter demonstrates a misunderstanding of the proposed legislation? I have read two of the House bills and the Senate's HELP committee bill. I'm in my last year of law school, so I believe I have a better grasp than most when reading the bill's language. Have you read the bill? If so, which one? Unless you have read the bills yourself and have the capacity to understand their content, telling Mr. Turner to study a dictionary is not only rude but hypocritical as well.
