Benjamin Logan FFA members went on an “ag tour” this week of two area farms, Henry Dairy Farm and Marmon Valley Farm.

At Henry Dairy Farm, Jerrod Henry and Rick Crumm talked about how much time, effort, and hard work it takes to run a dairy farm. Members got to see the milking parlor, equipment room, cow barn and calf barn.

At Marmon Valley Farm, Matt Wiley and his son Josh shared the history of their farm and explained how it  is not only a productive farm, but also is shared with the public for various activities.

Following the tour, FFA parents cooked a sausage meal for students.
