The Logan County Board of Elections had processed 6,679 absentee ballots running up to the Nov. 6 election, with many area voters taking full advantage of the extended hours offered the weekend prior.
Officials reported 221 votes were cast in office the Saturday prior, with 12 provisional ballots; 198 on Sunday, with 12 provisionals; and 249 on Monday, with 38 provisionals.
During the Nov. 6 meeting, the board also approved all campaign finance reports for candidates appearing on the ballot.
