A Bellefontaine man has been indicted on racketeering and drug charges after he was stopped twice in Union County while transported heroin.
Lawrence A. Ratleff Jr., 55, of 401 W. Brown Ave., faces one first-degree felony charge of engaging in a pattern of corrupt behavior; two second-degree felony counts of possession of heroin; two second-degree felony counts of trafficking in heroin; two third-degree felony counts of tampering with evidence; and two fifth-degree felony counts of possession of criminal tools.
