The Logan County Solid Waste Management District will continue to assist with flood debris pickup through April 4.
Residents who have been affected by the recent flooding must contact the Logan County Emergency Management Agency by Wednesday to schedule a pickup.
The district advises residents who have registered with the Logan County Emergency Management Agency as having flood damage to take all debris and damaged items to the curb or roadside and separate them into three piles:
• Pile 1 — Flood-damaged household goods, including furniture, carpet, wallboard, food and personal belongings.
• Pile 2 — Household hazardous materials and metals, including household cleaners/chemicals, paint and electronics and appliances; no ammunition or explosives will be collected.
• Pile 3 — Vegetative and yard debris, such as branches and field stubble that may have washed into the yard.
Materials should be ready and sorted at the curb by the evening before pickup. Direct questions to the Logan County Emergency Management Agency at 593-5743.
