In less than 15 minutes, the Bellefontaine City Council worked through a four-item agenda Tuesday.
After adjourning, Council President Richard Vicario noted the time and said, “We may have just set a record.”
Given first readings were two measures — one authorizing the purchase of a one-ton dump and plow truck for the Street Department and a marked police sport utility vehicle; and the other vacating an alley between Madriver and Hamilton streets.
