A records search of Samuel K. Littleton II through the Logan County Common Pleas Court and the Bellefontaine Municipal Court revealed the following:
• Charged with possession of drugs, namely cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, in 2001. The Logan County Common Pleas Court granted his request for treatment in lieu of conviction in this case.
• Numerous traffic offenses and other misdemeanor offenses, including drug abuse, driving while intoxicated, driving under suspension, failure to comply with an officer and reckless operation.
• Local court records did not indicate any violent criminal convictions.
