Employees of Ritter Pipeline fill in a hole in the 300 block of east Sandusky Avenue near the end of the workday Wednesday. Ritter is a subcontractor that has been working for Vectren Energy Delivery to install new pipelines throughout the city. Bellefontaine Engineer Tim Notestine said motorists should expect to see gas line replacement crews working throughout May as they connect Vectren customers to the recently installed new gas mains.
