Bellefontaine’s baseball program has undergone a change of leadership.
Mark Brunswick recently decided to step down after 15 successful seasons as head coach. His replacement is Art Caudill, who was approved as the program’s new coach during Monday’s board of education meeting. “I am really excited and honored to take over such a prestigious program,” said Caudill, who served as Bellefontaine’s junior varsity baseball coach for the past three years. “Bellefontaine baseball has always been very well-known in this part of Ohio. Coach Brunswick has done an excellent job of getting the program to a new level and I hope to continue that.” Brunswick cited a desire to spend more time with his family as the reason for his decision to resign.
