Steve Duton, officer in charge of the Bellefontaine Post Office, left, presents Robert J. Hunsicker with a pin and framed letter Friday to mark Mr. Hunsicker’s 30 years of service. Mr. Hunsicker lives in the city and works as a swing carrier which requires him to know five different routes so he can fill in on the days other carriers are off work.
