I would agree with the need for some type of campaign to improve this situation. I currently obtained a stray cat that looked awful. I would guess days from death. So I cared for it, let it stay in garage maybe a couple of months and ended up with 6 kittens. 1 died however but they are such nice pets. However I live in the city and need to find some good homes for these pets also. So far no luck. Any suggestions? Do plan to keep momma and having her fixed!
