The Employee Free Choice Act

The Employee Free Choice Act does not empower the employee. It strips them of the right to a secret ballot and opens themselves up to intimidation and workplace friction if they do not sign the card. It basically does away with the election to organize. Not everyone wants to join a union and to think otherwise is ridiculous. I will close with this quote from George McGovern (who, by the way is a Democrat), "It's hard to believe that any politician would agree to a law denying millions of employees the right to a private vote."
